Summar Joi Goodman is a communications strategist and project manager with more than 15 years of experience across media, government, and politics. Her background includes broadcast roles at ABC-2 and Sinclair, and senior communications positions within the Maryland Department of Labor and the Baltimore Mayor's Office.
She has consulted for law firms, managed political campaigns, and secured media placements including CNN, FOX News, Rolling Stone, and leading Baltimore outlets. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she holds a B.A. in Telecommunications and an M.S. in Communications Management from Morgan State University, where she was named Alumni of the Year and taught courses.
